How does early access work?
Register for free with your email. Every Monday in November we email you that week's deals with links to buy, up to 4 days before they appear on this page.
When do I have my treatment?
Any time before 31 May 2027. After you buy, our patient coordinators will contact you to book. Bookings depend on availability, and choice of practitioner can't be guaranteed.
What if I'm not suitable for the treatment?
If you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a recent history of cancer, please check with our coordinators before buying. If you're found unsuitable after purchase, you'll get a credit note for the full price you paid.
Can I buy a deal as a gift?
Yes. Each deal is for one person and can't be split between clients.
What happens when a deal sells out?
It's gone. Every deal has a fixed number of places and they sell on a first come, first served basis. Early access sales count towards the same places.
Can I get a refund?
Black Friday deals are non-refundable. If you're unsuitable for your treatment, we'll give you a credit note for the price you paid.
