Before you buy, a few things to know
No. If you have a tan, fake tan, or have had significant sun exposure in the past six weeks, we cannot treat you safely. The laser cannot tell tanned skin apart from the hair pigment it is targeting. If you are unsure, book a free consultation and we will check in person.
Most clients need between six and eight sessions for lasting results, spaced four to six weeks apart. Each laser offer covers one session per purchase, and you are welcome to buy multiples. Pre-paid treatments are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase.
Every new treatment area is patch tested at least 48 hours before your first full session. It confirms suitable laser settings for your skin and helps rule out an unwanted reaction. It is part of safe, consistent treatment planning.
Laser hair removal is not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you are taking medication or have a medical condition, please email info@novaclinic.co.uk before purchasing and we will confirm whether the treatment is right for you. If it is not suitable, a full credit note is issued.
Celluma is clinical-grade LED therapy used after microneedling to help calm visible redness and support the post-treatment recovery process. It is included with each session in this course.
You buy the treatment online at the offer price. We then get in touch to book you in at a time that suits you and is clinically appropriate. Treatments are valid for twelve months, and you can buy multiples to use across the year.

- Pre-paid treatments are non-refundable. If you are found unsuitable for treatment, a credit note will be issued.

- Multiple sessions may be purchased. Pre-paid treatments expire twelve months from the date of purchase.
- Laser hair removal cannot be carried out on tanned skin, or if you have had sun exposure in the past six weeks. Sun exposure must be avoided for three weeks following laser hair removal.
