Prior to any laser skin treatment you would need to be assessed by our expert practitioners to check your suitability for treatment and patch test the laser. Consultation and patch test are free of charge and will allow you the opportunity to find out whether or not the treatment is right for you.
Due to the energy and wavelength required we are only able to treat skin types 1-3 for vascular and pigment treatmets. Patients with photo sensitising medication or conditions would not be suitable for treatment. At consultation our expert laser
practitioners will carefully assess suitability for treatment.
Will Derma V provides the most advanced and effective treatments , vascular redness and pigmentation can often take multiple treatments to break down. We expect visible improvements following first treatment and your expert practitioner can advise how many would be needed to achieve completely clear skin.
Results are long lasting, however vascular conditions or pigment damage has a habit of reoccurring. To maintain results we would recommend limitation of environmental damage through the use of cosmeceutical skin care and restriction of sun exposure. Occasional maintenance treatments can be scheduled to keep skin clear.
