Nova Aesthetic Clinic – Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the membership packages offered by Nova Aesthetic Clinic.

By enrolling in any membership, all members agree to comply with the terms outlined below.

2. Membership Packages

Nova VIP SILVER – £85 per month

Includes one treatment per month from the following options:

• Hydrafacial Express

• Dermaquest Resurfacer

• Bespoke Facial

• Clarity II Laser Facial

• 1 × LPG Lipomassage

• 1 × LPG Endermolift Facial

Additional benefits:

• 10% off any other treatment or product purchase

• 1 × NovaSkin product per month

Nova VIP GOLD – £200 per month

Includes one treatment per month from the following options:

• Hydrafacial Platinum

• PRX Peel

• Dermapen Microneedling

• Chemical Peel with Celluma LED

• LaseMD Babyface Laser

Additional benefits:

• 15% off any other treatment or product purchase

• 1 × NovaSkin product per month

Nova Anti-Wrinkle Subscription – £45 per month + £200 sign-up fee

• Includes three Anti-Wrinkle treatments (3 areas)

• 10% off any additional treatments

Nova Laser Hair Removal Membership – £120 per month

• Includes one laser hair removal appointment per month

• Covers all requested treatment areas

3. Payment Terms

• Payments are taken via Stripe using the payment card provided at sign-up.

• Membership fees are charged monthly on the 1st of each month.

• Any applicable sign-up fee is payable immediately upon joining.

• All memberships are subject to a minimum 12-month commitment and cannot be cancelled during this period.

4. Treatment Suitability

• All treatments are subject to medical and practitioner suitability.

• If a client is unsuitable for a selected treatment, a suitable alternative will be offered.

• Anti-wrinkle and laser hair removal memberships may be paused with written approval from the clinic if a client becomes unsuitable.

• For safety reasons:

  • Minimum 12 weeks between anti-wrinkle treatments

  • Minimum 4 weeks between laser treatments

• Treatment intervals for other services will be determined by the practitioner based on individual needs.

• Practitioner choice is subject to availability.

• No refunds, pauses, or treatment rollovers will be issued due to lack of availability of a preferred practitioner.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Memberships cannot be cancelled within the initial 12-month period.

• After the initial term, memberships become rolling and may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice to:

• No refunds are issued for:

  • Partial months

  • Unused treatments

6. Transfer Restrictions

• Memberships, treatments, and discounts are non-transferable.

• Membership discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

7. Treatment Scheduling

• Appointments must be booked in advance.

• Treatments not used within the relevant month will expire and cannot be rolled over.

8. Liability

Nova Aesthetic Clinic accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from treatments or products provided under the membership, except where required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

10. Modifications to Terms

Nova Aesthetic Clinic reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Members will be notified of any significant changes.
